Returns and Exchanges
Please note that No Exchange/Return will be entertained on the orders which are customised according to your measurements.
Exchange
We offer Exchange Policy which lasts for 7 days after the delivery of the parcel. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you any exchange.
Exchange will be done only once against an order.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once.
Refunds (if applicable)
No refund/cancellations will be accepted once the order has been placed as the products are sent into production.
If you do not wish to exchange at that given moment, we also provide refund as store credit which can be availed by you for your future purchase.
Store Credit - The amount is not refunded directly to your bank account but you will receive a coupon code worth the same amount as your product value which can be used as a discount code for your future purchase.
Incase of a Defect in the Product
We would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures. Once our team sees and approves the defect, you will have to ship the product back to our address & we will process your request once received.

- Or, we will arrange for the reverse pickup.
- Once we receive it, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and if it passes through, we will ship the new product.
Incase of a Size Issue with the Product
- The customer can get size exchanged but it is advisable to mention your measurements in the custom measurements box which is provided below every product since we do free alterations. This will help the customer to avoid any size issues.

Incase of a Missing Item in the parcel
Human errors can occur and we completely apologise for the same. We would require clear parcel opening videos. Once our team sees and approves it, we’ll send your missing item to the given address. Without a parcel opening video, no request will be entertained on any grounds.
